Arte Iraca offers one-of-a-kind hand-made pieces in Alpaca silver, macrame, and, new for this season, carved bone pendants. Alpaca silver is a low-tarnish silver commonly used in Argentina (which is where the artist, Facundo, is from). It is beautiful, durable, and low maintenance. The macrame pieces are designed around a semi-precious stone, the choice of design and colors meant to compliment the particular stone the piece is built around. The bone pendants and delicate, intricate, and graceful, and each design is unique-- hand drawn and carved.

Arte Iraca displays their work at a local Farmers' Markets in Cabo san Lucas and at Palmilla on various mornings. My wife and I were unable to make any of the scheduled showings (they were on mornings that we had activities scheduled), so Facundo arranged for a private showing at our resort. He met with us and discussed his work and the philosophy and concept behind his various pieces. We are extremely happy with the pieces we purchased, pictured below. Some are great keepsakes from our Cabo trip, and others will make great Christmas presents. The smaller pieces were all under $50, and the two larger ones were $80 and $110. Great value for beautiful work.
